The Nature of the Soul

First an explanation. I had written a long and thoughtful discussion on the soul Sunday night. I finished it off Monday morning. Just as I was completing the last sentence my computer crashed. Since I was writing in a web browser (my bad) the whole thing was lost. So this is me trying to remember everything I’d written Sunday night. Sadly such rewrites are, to me, never as good as the original. So my apologies in advance.

Bits of Mormon History

Bloggernacle A&E

Sorry for the skipped week. Not really — I never claimed to be as consistent as Steve Evans. I mean, I actually have a life and sometimes it intervenes.

Anyway, the best post of the past two weeks is Dallas Robbins’ short musing What Is Mormon Beauty? over at Latter-day Slant. Sure, most of the post is a series of questions, but I’m a sucker for anything that makes an attempt at discussing Mormon aesthetics. So far only Rusty has commented. You all need to change that.
