FAIR in Court
A story in today’s Deseret News recounts the latest events in the cybersquatting suit brought by the Utah Lighthouse Ministries (UTLM) against FAIR, its president, and Allen Wyatt, listed as FAIR’s webmaster on its Contacts page. UTLM is alleging trademark infringement for Wyatt’s registration of UTLM-related domain names which then forwarded viewers to the FAIR site. FAIR’s motion to dismiss is now before the federal judge hearing the case.
