Jones Conspiracy Book Canceled
Hopefully the last note on the whole 9/11 – Steve Jones sage. According to published reports Steve Jones’ book on the 9/11 Conspiracy is not going to be published. [Edit: Correction - see below]
“The conspiracy theory is spurious and based on questionable research,†Kenneth Godshall, chairman of the board, said Nov. 8. “This particular volume is not up to WJK editorial standards and not representative of the PPC publishing program.â€
Note that Jones was not the one writing the above book. My apologies for the confusion. I should have read more closely at what was sent me. The book is this one by David Ray Griffin. Steve Jones has written praising the book but wasn’t involved in the book itself so far as I know. My apologies for passing along bad information.
I should note Griffin was the leader of the of the 9/11 conspiracy group, to which Steven Jones of BYU belonged.

Hope your stopwatch is a long-running one., Ivan. This is a story that nobody will hear, and fewer still will pay attention to.
By the way, how does a book by David Ray Griffin become a book by the sage Steven Jones?

Edit. OK, major error on my part. My apologies. I was confusing two people and didn’t do sufficient checking before posting. I’ll take all the abuse that comes my way for such an error as I deserve it for not fact checking before hitting “publish.”
